to reveal its soul. NAMA is the ambitious expression of our talent and vocation:
our dream to create a unique Chardonnay from this peculiar terroir.
Nama. Simply inimitable
Fascinating aromas of creme brulee, light butter cookie, cooked apple, tarte tatin, and flint follow through to a medium to full body with creamy texture. Vivid acidity. Totally handmade from one grower. 15 months in barrel, three months in stainless, and eight months in Stockinger casks. About one year in bottle. Very complex in the finish. Needs time to show all it has. Best after 2026.

Packaged in a special white case, the Nals Margreid 2020 Alto Adige Bianco Nama is a viscous and thick white that is packed with sweet peach, honey and baked apple. This wine is really all about mouthfeel thanks to a creamy texture and sweet fruit flavors. Nama is 100% Chardonnay aged in oak for 18 months. It offers an especially long and silky finish. I love this wine. I love the way it hits your palate, and I love its smooth, silky finish. With only 2,000 bottles made, it won’t be easy to find.
